Tasting Notes
A complex array of concentrated fruit and oak. Flavours of blackberry, mulberry and plum fruits with hints of mocha and vanilla are complemented by assertive fine-grained tannins and balanced oak maturation characters.
Vineyard Notes
Coonawarra's 2014 vintage was one of the longest on record. Noted for it's dry, mild conditions throughout the growing season, premium Cabernet fruit was harvested in exceptional condition.
Winemaker Notes
39 months maturation in small 225L barriques of which 91% was French oak (43% new French oak) and 9% new American oak barrels.
